Sales Policy

Please note that sales or promotional discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Any ongoing promotions or discounts will be clearly communicated on our website and in-store, allowing you to take advantage of the current offers when making your purchase.


Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VASSI Menswear purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its protection during transit.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made suits, may be exempt from our standard returns policy. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.


Return Process:

In-store: To initiate a return, please visit our store with the item in its original condition, along with the proof of purchase. Our team will assess the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, you will be provided with a refund in the original form of payment or a store credit

Online: Please email us at info@vassi.ca. Make sure to provide us with your order number to get the process started.


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping expenses.

Exchanges:

In store: Follow the procedure for the in-store returns and allow our sales team to assist you with finding the perfect replacement for your purchase.

Online: If you wish to exchange an item via mail, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
